1.1 These Terms, together with the ph368 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph368 with respect to your use of the Platform.

1.2 By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or otherwise accessing the ph368 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.3 ph368 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the ph368 Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the legal minimum gambling age in the Philippines. ph368 employs age verification procedures and will suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The ph368 Platform is intended for use by individuals residing in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted do so at their own risk. ph368 does not accept registrations from individuals in prohibited jurisdictions.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You must not be under the influence of substances or otherwise impaired in your ability to make rational decisions when using the ph368 Platform. Players known to have a gambling disorder or who have registered for self-exclusion are not eligible to open or use a ph368 account.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ph368 account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the individual and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information as necessary. ph368 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph368 login credentials. ph368 support staff will never ask for your password. You must notify ph368 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ph368 reserves the right to require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as SSS, PhilHealth, Driver's License, and Passport.

4.1 All financial transactions on the ph368 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.

4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Transaction availability may vary based on your location and the payment provider's terms.

4.3 ph368 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with published timelines. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. ph368 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

4.4 ph368 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own charges, for which ph368 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 ph368 may decline or reverse deposits and withdrawals suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.1 ph368 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits.

5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or through abuse of referral programs constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.3 ph368 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has violated the Terms or attempted to manipulate the bonus system.

5.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.1 All games offered on the ph368 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers operating under monitored conditions. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

6.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, ph368 will resolve the affected round in a manner consistent with game rules and fairness principles. Bets placed on incomplete rounds due to system error will be refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph368 Platform:

• Registering as a minor or allowing a minor to use your account
• Creating or operating multiple ph368 accounts
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical aids to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, or money laundering
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Abusing bonus or promotion systems
• Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation of ph368

ph368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold all associated balances, and report relevant information to applicable regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

8.1 ph368 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

8.3 ph368 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling, irrespective of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

9.1 All content on the ph368 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the property of ph368 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph368 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph368 content.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph368 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 ph368 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While ph368 takes reasonable measures to ensure Platform availability and security, technical issues may occur and ph368 accepts no liability for resulting losses except where required by law.

10.3 ph368's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph368 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph368 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph368 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory complaints may be addressed to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the applicable regulatory authority for the ph368 Platform.
